Troubleshooting

• The AI doesn't use Tierpik. Mention it by name: "Using Tierpik, which model should I use to …". In ChatGPT, make sure the connector is enabled for the chat.
• "Couldn't map that to a task type." Describe the task in plain words (e.g. "debug a Python error", "summarize a 40-page PDF").
• A recommendation looks out of date. AI plans change often. Tell us what changed (app, plan, model) and we'll update the data. The date of the current data is shown in every answer.
• Connector won't connect. Use the exact URL https://tierpik.com/mcp with no authentication. Check /health returns ok.
